2. This Doubletree is a nice place, comfortable, safe, and despite a few problems, every single employee was beyond exceptional.

3. we reported this problem and the curtain was quickly changed and the room smelt fresh after this.

4. We had one problem during our stay; when we arrived at our non-smoking room, it smelt strongly of cigarette smoke which seemed to be coming from the shower curtain, which I can only presume had been moved from a smoking room.
