1. I would never stay here again, I have worked in a hotel now for over three years and never expected to be treated that way when I was nicely informing them of a mistake that was made, not to mention the nasty towel that I put my hand on.

3. We were given a room with a king bed for three people (their mistake) and they said they could do nothing to help us but give us blankets to use on the floor for the third person.
