1. When I complained about this I was told the code was written on the outside of the key holder.

3. The bar on the second floor is a little pricey at $10 a drink, but it is the Hilton in a prime location, so still can not complain.

She said that we could park in the other levels (even though there are signs everywhere saying we would be towed) - after other customers came in to complain as well - we finally convinced her to take the parking charge off (but she only took one night's charge off; we still had to pay $18 for the other night's parking).

9. Oh did I mention that the air conditioner was making an terrible racket and it took four hours for maintenance to show up? I complained about all of this and noone did a thing.
