2. Also, a conference room in the lobby was being used for a Christmas party (there was loud music coming from it) so people attending the party took parking spaces intended for hotel guests.

What totally ruined our experience was the rude, unfriendly, and unhelpful nighttime staffer who refused to help us when we called to report a deafeningly loud alarm clock beeping incessantly at 5:00am in a room next door (in which it was clear the party had already departed or died, in which case they were not concerned with either scenario.

6. The only problem I had was the loud cleaning staff in the morning, and guests who felt that talking loudly and slamming doors at 6am is appropriate behavior (but that`s not really the hotel`s fault).

7. It has a NC Tar Heels theme and they have an overhead speaker with plays of the game broadcasting loudly as you step out of your car to check in.
