5. Difficult to pinpoint why this was a disappointing 3-star Hotwire pick - the rooms were kinda OK and you could tell they were trying by the addition of an upright fan heater and a modern shower curtain but the room was damp - it even had a Damp-Rid bag full of water hanging in the closet.
