The hotel was average and service was ok during my stay but the real
problem
came in September when Daniel the incompetent manager decided to bill my debit card I provided for incendentals without any warning for my entire stay and then refused to correct the charges saying UNC never paid them and it was up to me to resolve it with UNC.

with noise when we first were in a room on the top floor, we think it may have been a result of the bell tower.

After I expressed disappointment at not having the light wiring
problem
fixed, the front desk clerk wanted to give us free breakfast vouchers for the next morning, but as I said, we had to leave too early to use them.
