1. How in the hell, when we booked in Dec, did WE get bumped? Management was NOT apologetic at all, they didnt even bother to call us ahead of time to let us know that the hotel room had been given away (apparently to another guest who offered to pay more) and simply shuttled us off to another location NINE miles away in Apex.
