Right next to the
noisy
elevators, directly above the bar/club where the music thumped away past 12:30am and when you open the door to your patio, there's a lovely 6' tall picket fence hiding the view of all the mechanical equipment.

The only thing that was slightly annoying is the air conditioner in the room is a bit
noisy
and is off and on through the night.

Disadvantages include some of the sit-out balcony rooms overlook the central A/C for the common areas and the unit is
