Had a broken chair (which was promptly replaced by staff), bad carpet, no drawers for clothes (only shelves), a cracked sink, stains on the wallpaper, poor parking, antiquated television, non-stop blinking lights from the phone for an internet port even when not in use, no screen on the sliding door, beds were small, and every morning around 6 a.

10. I booked through priceline and was first put in the 'west wing', which is actually a completely separate building, and feels like a 1-star budget motel (the rooms aren't as bad, but the bldg itself, and the hallways, etc are).
