1. The only complaint was that you couldn't open your windows as everyone walked by them; would be nice to have some sort of darkening screen half way up so that you could see out but the average person couldn't see in walking by.

3. Nice, but clueless, college kids staffing front desk had no response/reaction to gentle complaint about room condition, other than to hand us a Comment card to fill out.

4. I am still fighting the double charge for the room and will likely have to escalate my complaint to the owner before I get my money back.
