1. I am happy to report that the Marriott down the street offered us an apology that a Boulder hotel had been so rude, and gave us an additional $25 off the price of our room.

2. When the manager FINALLY called me back (one day before our trip) he informed me I could not PROOVE it was their mistake, and I would, and I quote 'not get a PENNY back from them' He was very rude, and I will never stay there EVER.
