When the manager FINALLY called me back (one day before our trip) he informed me I could not PROOVE it was their

Two employee's told me that my reservation had been messed up somehow made for the weekend before, and that a note in their system showed it was their

(I had a printed confirmation) the friendly guy at the front desk said sorry a thousand times and offered us a maaaajor discount.
