1. For a MUCH lower price than any other hotel in the area, you get a small but comfortable room with pretty good FREE wifi, good TV and amenities, not too much noise, and good water pressure in shower (although bathrooms certainly are on the dingy/rundown side).

3. Being an old hotel (built around 1925 I believe) the walls are solid so you do not hear noise from adjoining rooms, which is not always the case with some newer hotels and their paper-thin walls.
