1. I asked each day at the front desk that it be fixed, and was assured each evening that it had been, only to find the same issue the next morning.

2. The room did overlook the breakfast hall & the back of the hotel (which at first i thought would be an issue as we would get woken up really early) but it was so quiet we slept in everyday.
