1. Breakfast is terrible - no fruit and half the stuff I normally see at other Holiday Inn Express hotels.

2. Checked in to room 217 and it was terrible: the ceiling was leaking and at a couple of places black stains of mold (each as large as a dining plate and, yes, all wet) were staring at me above the bed (photos uploaded).

3. They refuse to credit back our credit card for the terrible service they provided and hotel room was unbearable that night because of the heat.
