1. Tv is very small and has issues showing the picture and poor sound.

2. The only issue you may have with the business center is that it is in the basement and there is no staff monitoring the room.

3. I was upgraded to a larger room - huge room (even compared to other suburban locations) but tiny bathroom- definitely good value whether paying cash or using points- noise (from the bar patrons on the streets outside) is an issue but not too bad for me as I was on the top floor.

6. Another issue we had when we first arrived was that our toilet was running constantly and wouldn't flush correctly.

9. There was also street construction going on outside the hotel (which the front desk says happens quite often) but it was a minor inconvenience walking around it and we definitely didn't notice it causing any noise issues inside the hotel.

10. I forgot to mention earlier that the elevator was having issues and wouldn't go up after pushing the button for your floor.
