1. There were gross drip stains on the outter front edge of the toilet, the grout between the tiles in the shower didn't look clean, and when I opened up a hand towel to dry my face a small LIVE bug fell out--YES, live.

7. Sure enough he is right and I am so grossed out at this point, I make a frantic call to the manager, at this point there is only a front desk manager who promptly comes to the room, very apologetic and embarrassed.
