3. rooms smelled, beds were hard as a rock,had no clean towles on day 2,staff was rude,kids knocking on doors @1am,pool had feces in it pool guy said it was leaves.

7. 2 of our party arrived before my brother and I while they had tried to 'air out' the 2 non-smoking rooms they still stank of stale cigarette smoke and had now taken on the smell of chlorine from the windows that overlooked not an outside view but the pool? I'm allergic to cigarette smoke and we went down to the front desk to see if there was another option available.
