5. When my neighbor (who is basically a second mother to me, and said friend, her son, is like a brother) told me that we would all be staying at a Comfort Inn, I was delighted, as I have never had an issue with the Choice Hotels chain.

7. The biggest issues are that the walls are very thin (you hear everyone opening doors all night) and the bathrooms need an overhaul -- they are just very old and dingy.
