1. I later spoke to the manager and she denied any bed bug issues, regardless of other complaints they had also received.

2. Needless to say, the next morning when the GM/Owner came in- he was quick to state that they have never had complaints of 'BED BUGS', and also recinded the offer of 'No Charge' and would only knock off $25.

3. We went to the room and it was really nice, had a king sized bed as promised, and also a private sitting room, the AC was "FREEZING" WE HAD TO SHUT IT OFF and we both love the AC, the TV worked fine with no complaints.
