(good exercise getting to 4th floor walk-up, but no fun with the luggage), nice view of church across street, but was rather shabby.

It is nearly falling down - the floors are all
bad
ly caving, window sills are rotting, the walls have holes and are erupting with water damage, and the bathroom piping and surround is
