6. Room itself wasn't too bad (good exercise getting to 4th floor walk-up, but no fun with the luggage), nice view of church across street, but was rather shabby.

8. It is nearly falling down - the floors are all badly caving, window sills are rotting, the walls have holes and are erupting with water damage, and the bathroom piping and surround is badly damaged and barely functional.
