1. (Our one and only complaint was that the TV guide system they use to navigate through the channels is very slow and you can't just use the 'up and down' buttons on the remote to change the channel.

5. I do not recommend the Tuscan Grille that is attached to the hotel - unprofessional staff and incredibly slow and inattentive to patrons.

6. The reason I gave four stars instead of five was just because a couple people, like our waitress at breakfast, were a touch slow, but everyone was so friendly that we easily forgave that.
