1. Alexandra at the front desk helped me out with some key issues, and the maid gave me another bottle of (free) Voss water.

9. Not ready at 6 PM? Well, we let this slide, dropped our bags with the bellman, went to dinner, came back to the front desk, and checked in with no issues.
