Instead of the small, charming and reasonably priced hotel we expected from the description on the web, we found appalling service, outrageous extra charges, a room in poor and not very clean condition ( bed bugs or some other biting insects in the lumpy bed, a coffee pot but no coffee, cream or sugar provided) inedible food that took hours to be served, and worst of all, the rudest managment I have ever encountered.
