1. Only bad thing was that my wife and I were put in a room with 2 double beds, not 1 king bed.

10. Understandably it may take ten to fifteen minutes especially when busy, but when you have waited the allotted time and you go down to face that the valets do not even know that you wanted to get your car out? That's pretty bad.
