1. My only concerns were with outside noise, which was somewhat excessive despite being in the city, and with a slightly uncomfortable bed.

2. Not sure if it's just the time of year, but it definitely made some of the meetings uncomfortable (and we had men getting cold too, so it was not just us warm-blooded women).
