At 6am the next morning our room was shaking, the head board was comming offf the wall, after dialing 0 and Waiting 5 min for some one to pick up I said we have a
problem
, we because I was now awake and did not want to be.

Arrived and my reservation were WRONG, to fix it they wanted me to by extra for a sutie with a view, I refused and said it is your PROBLEM, get a manager out here.

Bad: Could not get water temperature really hot or cold, we did not have a good view, we had bad concierge advice (see below), fire station across the street is a potential noise
problem

When I called to complain they sent up 2 maintenance guys who quickly determined they had found the

and spent 45 minutes fixing it.
