On our way back home, we noticed that my son forgot his sunglasses at his 401 room and since July 24 we tried to get in touch with someone who could help us but no answer yet, althought we place several calls to hosekeeping (no one answers); mail them fom the web page and place a complaint in a customer survey.

2. Only complaint was that last night the desk clerk was totally clueless as to how to arrange for transportation to the airport this morning.

6. The only complaint I would have is that Greene Street is really busy, and if you have a room that faces Greene, you`ll hear trucks as early as 5am.
