There are a number of nearby restaurants within easy walking distance - if you want to
avoid
the noisy pubs next door, go around the corner to Potbelly Sandwich Works for made-to-order sandwiches and cookies-to-die-for.

To try and

noise, I'd suggest the back of the building, which doesn't overlook a street.
