At about 8:30pm, the maintenance man came to our room to tell us there is a
problem
with the boiler and it was now OK and we would have hot water in about 10 minutes.

I asked if this was a common
problem
at this hotel, and was told that they recieve 50 or more calls a night regarding disfunctional A/C units.

The hotel has some serious mold
problem
s from previous water damage, I would assume that is a serious health hazzard that needs immediate attention by the Health Department.

When I called down to the front desk to complain of the A/C
problem
s and the mold, I was told it will be at least an hour before we can expect maintenance to address the issues due to A/C
problem
s throughout the entire hotel.
