3. When I called down to the front desk to complain of the A/C problems and the mold, I was told it will be at least an hour before we can expect maintenance to address the issues due to A/C problems throughout the entire hotel.

4. The hotel has some serious mold problems from previous water damage, I would assume that is a serious health hazzard that needs immediate attention by the Health Department.
