1. I was by the elevator and this hotel gets a lot of traffic, so for awhile it was a little noisy by my room.

2. No smell, no staine, except the air-con is a little bit noisy at night which is very typical for the old air-con.

3. I didn`t mind at all cos the garden rooms are all on 3-storey buildings, it can be quite noisy if you are on lower floor and facing the open area.

4. I heard the garden room is bit noisy and worn out, so I asked at the check in counter if room upgrade is available and see what`ll be the extra charge.
