I even showed them my Hotels reservation stating I was in the Paradise Tower and told them that they had agreed I was in the Paradise Tower when I checked in but they said that 'Hotels and their original employee who checked me in had made a mistake' and that they were going to charge my credit card an additional $154 for the days I was there.
