1. I believe it was the janitor who caused all these problems, he was trying to make money on the side, but I'm not sure.

7. nice location front desk staff pleasentalthough we had couple of problems with our room and we couldn't move it was a hot month in july in Vegas I must say and The A/c didn't work well we called to have a repair person it took over two hours and when the guy showed up his was drunk and still didn't to get it to cool down enough.

9. They say most other guests don`t experience such problems, but I did, and I haven`t had connection problems at any other hotel.
