The staff is
rude
and only caters to the airline guests, who they have contracts with(doesn't mean that the airline people just love staying there, they don't have a choice).

The only 'complaints' I have about this hotel is the parking, which is not centrally located near the rooms (you have to park in the back for most rooms) and the snack-bar (by the pool) attendant, who was
rude
and not at all helpful.
