4. The bad was the smoke detector was missing from the room, the room was literaly one city block from the elevator down a sloping hallway.

7. Only downside was that the hallways had an odd (and albiet mild) odor that I wasn't sure if it was intended or not but it smelled a bit like cheap air freshener on a bad odor.
