2. I'm not an appliance expert, but I did have issues running the washer & dryer - the dryer isn't a normal hot-air dryer that I'm used to, so we spent too much time fussing with it.

3. I called the front desk and they had a maintainence man there promptly but one of the circulation pumps was having an issue.
