1. We arrived at 3pm and our room wasn't ready - so we just left our bags and came back after dinner/show (about midnight) and apparently the afternoon clerk didn't follow procedure so the night clerk had a hard time locating our reservation - we were exhausted, and had to wait through this along with other walk-ups & phone calls since at this time of night there was only the one front desk clerk.

2. Does have free shuttle bus to and from, but when you are ready to win that jackpot or ready to retire from donating all your money to casino, it's hard to wait for shuttle at every hour.

7. next to airport runway, yet noise was no problem,they try to get you too attend a presentation on their new timeshare,hard sell.
