1. The hotel is downtown, so just make sure your room is clean, and don't let the night manager be rude to you.

3. He went to the check-in desk and ask for the manager, she came out and he told her what the deal was and she said very rude, 'What do you want me to do about it?', That made my husband even madder.

4. when we arrived the fitzgeralds did not have a room in the price range we made our reservation for and a non smoking room so they told us we had to upgrade to a couple hundred a night room if we wanted to stay the night(VERY RUDE) and sense we didn't want to fork out that much cash we asked for our money back from the reservation that we had already paid and they said they couldn't give that back to us either the lady at the front desk was very rude and didn't not seem to care that we had already paid for a room that they did not intend to give us.

5. Bad Things: the desk staff, even the Concierge were very rude; we only had two bath towels in our room; the toilet ran for two days, we reported it twice and no one fixed it; no refrigerator or coffeemaker in the room; extra charge for internet.
