One week prior to my trip, I get a phone call from the hotel and an extremely rude woman says that they will not honor the rate I had been quoted when I reserved(I've traveled MANY times in my life, and career for business, and I was of the belief that once you reserved and had a confirmation #, that was that, but no, she gave me my new rate, which was over four times what I had reserved under.

5. The last straw was when the Steve the Front Desk Guy (the most unprofessional and rude hotel employee I have ever encountered) told me to 'keep my wife on a leash' when she called to complain about the noise coming from the next room.
