1. Starting with the first encounter as I checked in, I was given a warm welcome with consideration to the fact that I was heavily jetlagged and therefore was given a quiet room so I wouldn't be disturbed by any noise whatsoever.

2. The hotel is located on Paradise (can be noisy so ask for a not street facing room if your noise sensitive), and is across the street from some good restaurants (including a Gordon Bierch) and a Starbucks.
