1. My only complaint would be that if you do have someone sleeping in the sofabed, it takes up an awful lot of space when pulled open.

2. My only complaint is when you book through a 3rd party (priceline etc) you get a lower level of service such as no early check in, which was offered when paying full rate.

3. My one complaint was that the sofa bed mattress was unbearable, like sleeping on paper-covered springs (had to sleep on the couch instead); we mentioned this when leaving and they said they'd been getting several complaints with those new mattresses.

5. we put in a complaint with the fount desk that evening and recieved the answer 'i'll tell the manager in the morning' i was upset so the next morning rolled around and i talked with the house keeping manager and she told me 'well we give the staff a free lunch so there is no reason why they would do such a thing' 3 days later we have not heard back from them.
