I had a bad experience at the front desk, i had made a reservation that morning i was told that we could checkin at 3:00 pm, when we got there my family and i were really tiredit was about 90 deggres outside we needded a place to rest , they did not have our room ready and their attitude was terrible , they made us wait an hour.
