1. I don't know if that was because I was a Caucasian married to a Japanese man or if they are nasty to everyone but, they treated me like I was 'bothering' them each time I made an inquiry.

2. Beds were comfortable and bedding and rooms clean but, the whole place smells smokey and 'old smoke' nasty.
