3. dirty dishes are put under the counter at seat nearest kitchen, it is disgusting for the customer sitting at that end as the staff scrapes the dirty dishes in front of you.

5. dirty carpet, dirty tile and grout in the bathroom, mildew around the faucet on the sink, the shower curtain smelled of mildew as well.
