1. If the staff had been consistently pleasant and professional, this place would have received a higher rating, but the very poor service (worse than I think I have ever experienced at a hotel) tainted the experience.

2. The second unit we were given was satisfactory, but had some problems - safe had no door, whole bathroom flooded when someone showered due to the poor design of the shower stall, some of the furnishings were tired.

3. But a very poor service, only 2 or 3 shuttles a day, sometimes they drop you off on the Strip but no shuttle to pick you up in the evening.
