3. The property is gated and to enter at night you need a pin code which changes regularly which made us feel safe, even though the neighbourhood didn't look too bad anyways.

4. After wasting many cell phone minutes on the phone with AT&T, I was told that the service was really bad and that the resort manager had not contacted them to seek assistance or correct the problem, which they traced to a local router on the Embarq phone system.
