1. Frankly, we didn't have a single problem during the whole trip.

2. The food was good and the service was excellent, although beware of a 19% gratuity which I don't have a problem with because we always tip 20% anyway but really a $5.

8. The biggest problem with the rooms were the lingering smoke smell, and that cigarette-smoke air was clearly coming in from the vents when the A/C or fan were on.

10. MOST of the staff are friendly and helpful, only had one problem with a young snotty girl behind the front desk which is what prevented me from giving the hotel the 5 stars it deserved.
