He helped us with our room
problem
so we could enjoy our short stay, then at night the pool was a bit cooler to swim in so Tom turned it up some so we could enjoy it.

On speaking to the front desk, they acknowledged the
problem
and said they did not have central AC and the room ACs need to be energy efficient as per government regulations.
