1. Unfortunately, they could not repair key cards, noisy dogs in the next room, kids running back and forth the corridors with their pets; and naturally, the rude 5am neighbor who needs a shower from coming back late.

2. We were surprised how nice hotel you can get in this price category: the receptionist was friendly, we got a booklet of vouchers from him to one of the local Casinos, the room was not noisy as we expected reading other reviews.
